- Advised Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Oman in connection with the grant of concessionaire rights to a major international provider for the development, operation, and maintenance of a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility at Muscat International Airport.
- Advised Novel Muscat LLC by reviewing and re-redrafting the following concession agreements to be entered into between NMC and the Government of Oman represented by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals.
- Advising the founder shareholders on the establishment of a digital bank in Oman, including the preparation and negotiation of the shareholders' agreement.
- Advised OQ SAOC on Oman Tank Terminal Company (OTTCO), a subsidiary of OQ Group and Royal Vopak entering into a shareholder agreement to establish a new company in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm.
- Acted for State General Reserve Fund (now, Oman Investment Authority), Oman Infrastructure Investment Company S.A.O.C. and Equitix Investment Management Ltd. on formation of first of its kind US$2 billion private equity infrastructure fund of the Government of Oman established to invest both existing (brownfield) and development phase (greenfield) infrastructure assets and projects in Oman.
- Acted for Oman Global Logistics Group SAOC in relation to restructuring of the logistics sector and transfer of shares in 14 companies from Ministry of Finance to Oman Global Logistics.
