- Acting as a legal advisor to Oman National Investments Development Company S.A.O.C. (“Tanmia”) for the role of legal advisor in connection with the proposed formation of a special purpose vehicle for the acquisition, ownership, licensing and maintenance of certain intellectual property developed for and on behalf of an undisclosed Oil and Gas company in Oman and to pursue business opportunities within the digital oilfield management software industry.
- Advising multinational technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) companies on Omani e-commerce laws, intellectual property matters, internet and social media regulations, and the legal requirements governing online applications, websites and digital platforms in Oman.
