- Advising clients on negotiating project land reservation agreement, lease and usufruct agreement with the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones.
- Advised OMRAN, a Government owned company responsible for development of tourism sector, on a joint development, operation and management of an agritourism project in Oman.
- Drafting of a suite of contractual arrangements such as property lease, sale and purchase and other agreements for multiple developers working in the Sultan Haitham City Project.
- Advising the developer of the Sustainable City Yiti project on the construction contract and specific conditions to the contract agreed to with the project’s main developers.
- Advised an internationally recognised multi-jurisdictional hotel brand on suite of contractual arrangements for entering into a development and franchise arrangement for a new hotel property in Salalah, Oman.
- Advising the Government of Oman on the Al Khuwair Downtown Project, a flagship urban regeneration initiative.
- Advised the developers of Khazaen Economic City on the development and management of a mixed-use economic city integrating logistics, industrial, commercial, and residential developments.
