Said is a senior associate in AMJ’s litigation department and is licensed to appear before the Primary and Appeal courts of Oman. He acts for corporate and institutional clients in relation to a broad range of civil, commercial, and criminal litigation matters including labour disputes. Said is also experienced in representing clients involved in construction and real estate related disputes.

Defending a steel company in Sohar on claims filed by a contractor and 7 sub-contractors.
Representing leading banks and leasing companies recovery proceedings against their defaulting customers.
Representing leading banks in respect of employment and labour related disputes.
Successfully represented a leading industrial organisation in respect of 13 labour claims.
Represented a leading bank in criminal proceedings relating to internal fraud.
Advised a leading company on the applicable laws regarding strikes, labour benefits and participated in strike negotiation meetings on behalf of the management with the Ministry of Manpower, the company Trade Union and the General Trade Union of Oman.
Successfully represented a corporate company against a criminal claim filed by its Trade Union relating to inappropriate usage of the electronic media and represented the company’s CEO in a counterclaim against the Trade Union.
