- Advising potential bidders on a non-exclusive basis in respect of the auction of land blocks for green hydrogen projects comprising of various distinct components including power generation from renewal resources, hydrogen production, production, and sale of end products such as Ammonia.
- Advising ACME Solar Holdings Private Limited, one of the leading global sustainable and renewable energy companies headquartered in India, on local law issues in respect of a US$ 3.5 billion green ammonia project proposed to be set up in Duqm Special Economic Zone in Oman.
- Advised Oman Satellite Telecommunications Company LLC with consortium of advisors lead by London Economics on Oman’s first satellite project inclusive of design, procurement, and the launch of the Sultanate’s first satellite by 2023/24.
- Advising a potential bidder in respect of its participation in a competitive bid procedure to acquire passive telecommunication infrastructure in Oman.
- Advising a Class 1 telecommunication licensee on sale of its data centre assets.
- Advising Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited on Omani legal requirements relating to government procurement rules, regulations applicable in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm, tender process, permits, licenses and approvals required in relation to the development, operation and management of a new container terminal in the Port of Duqm.
- Advising Musandam Power Company SAOG on its legal & contractual obligations resulting from a potential extension of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Oman Government.
- Advised OQ SAOC on the legal and regulatory framework applicable to the development, financing, design, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of an integrated green ammonia facility in the Salalah Freezone in Dhofar Governorate of Oman.
- Advised an international consortium comprising Hong Kong based InterContinental Energy, Oman’s OQ SAOC, and EnerTech, a subsidiary of the sovereign wealth fund Kuwait Investment Authority in respect of the proposed development of a green hydrogen project.
- Advising an Australia-based global green energy and metals company on the development of a hydrogen and ammonia production facility in Salalah Free Zone. Advised on all aspects of Omani law, in particular, land rights and regulations governing the development and operations of subsurface hydrogen storage in salt caverns in Oman.
- Advised Minerals Development of Oman in connection with its agreement with Sander Geophysics Limited for provision of airborne geophysical survey services to MDO covering 12 MDO concession areas, spanning an area of over 21,000 square kilometres as part of the initial exploration of these concession areas.
- Advising potential bidders on the development, design, engineering, construction, procurement, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Misfah Sewage Treatment Plant.
- Acting for an Omani developer (envisioned to be the most premier leisure and tourism destination in Oman) on complete range of project documents including sub-development agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and the facility management service agreements.
- Advising project sponsors on the development, design, engineering, construction, procurement, ownership, operation, and maintenance of Manah I and Manah II Solar Independent Power Projects.
