AMJ was delighted to attend Oman Housing Bank’s (OHB) launch of it “Iskan” programme on 8th January 2024 held at Al Bustan Palace Hotel. AMJ advised OHB on the structuring of its programme under which OHB will enter into partnership with local banks in the private sector. By easing access to affordable housing finance, the programme aims to improve livelihood, spur urban development and stimulate the Sultanate of Oman’s economic landscape. 

The AMJ’s Banking and Finance team was led by senior partner Mansoor Malik assisted by partner Marcus Pery, senior associate Ahmed Al Busaid and associate Iman Al Maqbali.
