Al Busaidy, Mansoor Jamal & Company in partnership with HKA were delighted to conduct a breakfast seminar on 12th October 2023 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Qurum, Muscat.

We would first like to express our gratitude to Michael Tonkin, Partner at HKA who moderated the seminar and introduced the speakers. The event featured accomplished speakers who delved into many enriching topics such as the likes of Dr. Ayman Ali who spoke about the appeal of an Engineer’s decision in accordance with Article 67 of Standard Conditions of Contract, Ahmad Chit who discussed the critical role of financial Analysis in fraud detection and Michael Dunmore who covered the mistakes in drafting arbitration clauses and how to avoid them.
