Saqib is a high court advocate and partner in Jillani Shah & Shamim Advocates & Legal Consultants, a law firm based in Pakistan.  He has a wide range of experience in corporate commercial matters with special focus on the power generation sector advising on some of the first wind power projects set up in Pakistan. He advises multinational companies and other corporates on mergers and acquisitions, company matters, intellectual property and competition law  and conducts civil litigation before the high court of Pakistan. Saqib has a Masters of Laws from the University of Durham, United Kingdom, and law degrees from the Universities of London and the Punjab. He speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi and Seraiki.
