Hashil has the rights to appear before the Primary and the Appeal Courts of Oman. Hashil is also a Certified Arbitrator (Commercial Law) from the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Hashil has gained valuable experience with civil, commercial, and labour disputes across a broad portfolio of leading corporate and international clients. Hashil has created well researched legal documents such as written pleadings for court cases; provided advice on administrative policy, employment issues, regulatory compliance issues and litigation strategies.
Hashil has developed great expertise in reviewing contracts, conducting research, drafting legal submissions, and representing clients before the Trial Court and Ministries.
His formal tenure with the Ministry of Transport and Communication (MOTC) has given him extensive exposure to administrative functioning and investigation procedures and has played a key role in representing and defending the MOTC in arbitration claims.

- Representing Omani banks for recovery of outstanding loans and other facilities secured and unsecured advanced by the banks.
- Representing clients in numerous labour related claims filed against the companies primarily for unfair terminations.
- Attending the Enforcement Court for enforcement of judgment awards for debt recovery and assisting in the out-of-court settlement process through out of court settlement.
